Replacement battery service for cartridges on:
- Game Boy
- Game Boy Colour
- Game Boy Advance
This is for 1 battery replacement.
If you require 2 replacements, please increase the order quantity to 2.
If you require 5 replacements, please increase the order quantity to 5. And so on..
How it works:
- When placing your order, leave your email in the order notes.
- When selecting your postage method at the checkout, this cost is for us to return your game(s) to you. You will need to cover for your own postage to send them here.
- Please send with a tracked and/or signed service. This is the safest way.
- Once we've received your order, we'll contact you with the address to send to.

In your package, please include your name and order number.
- We will then replace your battery with a brand new one and send it back to you.
- Once we've sent it, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking reference.
Optional service: We can also back-up your original save along with the installation of the new battery.
If you're game(s) are worth over £100, we recommend selecting special delivery in the shipping options for when we return it to you, as this will be insured for up to £500.
Please also double-check your cartridge is genuine. If you're unsure, you can check comparison photos online, or send us an email.
Available options:
Battery replacement: This will be the installation of a brand new battery.
Battery replacement + Include back up save: This will be the installation of a brand new battery, plus your save file will be restored back on to your cartridge.
Battery replacement + Battery holder: This will be the installation of a brand new battery, along with the installation of a new battery holder, so your future batteries will no longer need to be soldered in. They can just clip into place.
